Founded in 1998 in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange building. Commonwealth Capital has evolved into a hybrid venture technology company. Our team includes former Wall Street investment bankers and securities regulators, as well as leading experts in corporate governance, information technology, and law to service our clients, partners, and investors.
